Processing Time

At Basr Dates, we prioritize fast and efficient delivery to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.

All orders across the UAE, including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Umm Al-Quwain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah, will be processed and delivered within 1-3 working days.
Orders are processed from Sunday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your delivery.

Delivery Timing

We aim to deliver orders within the specified processing time, but actual delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi: Expected delivery time is 1-2 working days.
Al Ain, Umm Al-Quwain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah: Expected delivery time is 2-3 working days.
Deliveries will be made from Sunday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. No deliveries will be made on Saturdays or public holidays.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all areas within the UAE. If you are located in a remote area, additional delivery time may apply. In rare cases, delivery to certain areas may be restricted due to logistical limitations, and we will inform you promptly if this is the case.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your order at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to contact you to arrange a new delivery time. Please ensure your contact information, including phone number and address, is accurate when placing your order to avoid any delays.

Special Instructions

If you have any specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave the package at the reception or with a security guard), please include them in the comments section during checkout. Our couriers will do their best to accommodate these requests.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website. If you have any questions or need help tracking your order, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders within the estimated time frame, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or peak seasonal demand. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible.
