Processing Time

At Basr Dates, we prioritize fast and reliable delivery to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

All orders across the UAE, including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah, are processed and delivered with next-day delivery, excluding official public holidays.

Orders are processed from Sunday to Friday. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple and transparent delivery pricing across the UAE:

Orders below 200 AED: 25 AED delivery fee
Orders of 200 AED or more: Free delivery

Delivery Timing

All UAE locations: Next-day delivery
Delivery attempts are made Sunday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM
No deliveries are made during official public holidays

Actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and operational conditions.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all areas within the UAE.
For remote locations, delivery may require additional time.
In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to logistical limitations, our team will contact you promptly.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the order, our delivery partner iFast will attempt to contact you to reschedule delivery.
Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

Special Instructions

If you have specific delivery instructions (such as leaving the package at reception or with security), please include them in the order notes during checkout. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, this cannot be guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email.
You can use this number to track your shipment.

Shipping Delays

Although we aim for next-day delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including public holidays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
